Dave & Cassandra Meyers
Dave brings more than 40 years of experience to the HVAC industry as a third-generation professional whose family roots in heating and cooling date back to Arizona in the 1950s.
Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for technical excellence, honest recommendations, and a commitment to treating customers the way he would want his own family treated.
Cassandra oversees the business operations, customer experience, marketing, and day-to-day administration that keeps the company running smoothly.
With a passion for building relationships and serving others, she helps ensure every customer receives personal attention and exceptional care.
Together, Dave and Cassandra founded CAS Tech Mechanical in 2025 with a shared vision: to create a company where integrity comes before profit, craftsmanship comes before shortcuts, and every customer matters. As a woman-owned Arizona business, CAS Tech Mechanical proudly serves residential and commercial customers with the same principles that have guided their family for generations.
The People Behind the Work
Mario Gomez brings more than 15 years of HVAC experience to CAS Tech Mechanical and is a second-generation HVAC professional who began his career working alongside his father in 2010. His passion for the trade and commitment to quality workmanship have been the foundation of his success throughout his career.
After spending a decade with a local HVAC company, Mario gained extensive experience in both service and installation, developing a reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and attention to detail. He later advanced into warranty and quality control management for a highly respected HVAC company serving the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets, where he focused on maintaining installation standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Mario is EPA Universal Certified, a Master Heat Pump Council Certified Technician, and a graduate of BTI Trade School. As Project Manager for CAS Tech Mechanical, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project and ensuring that each installation meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
